II. Service Commitment
1. Pre-sales service
(1) Warmly welcome visitors and promptly handle users’ calls, letters, faxes, and other inquiries.
(2) During the product selection phase, we welcome customers to visit our company for on-site inspection. We are happy to provide technical documentation related to our products and promptly offer various technical consultations and answer any questions our customers may have. If requested by the customer, our company will assist those unfamiliar with our products in selecting the right product, as well as the correct specifications and model.
(3) If requested by the user, our company can provide training on valve knowledge.
2. In-sales service
(1) After the contract is signed, we welcome users to send representatives to our company for supervision and inspection. The company will promptly address any reasonable comments raised by the user’s personnel regarding the quality of valve manufacturing, and will provide convenient working and living conditions for the user’s personnel stationed at our company.
(2) Strictly organize production in accordance with the contractual technical requirements and relevant national standards, ensuring product quality and quantity, and delivering on time at the agreed-upon location.
(3) Factory Inspection: Before products leave the factory, the company will, upon the user’s request, notify the user to send representatives for joint inspection. The company will provide convenience—both in terms of work and living arrangements—for personnel dispatched by the user to the company.
(4) Before shipping the product, the company will notify the user and provide the user with a product quality guarantee certificate and a delivery note.
(5) When the valves are shipped to the user, the company will send personnel to participate jointly in the acceptance inspection if requested by the user.
(6) If requested by the user, our company will provide free training on the use and maintenance of valves, as well as on-site guidance to ensure proper installation and construction.
(7) If a user requests early delivery due to incorrect model selection, insufficient order quantity, or special circumstances, our company will address the user’s urgent needs by adopting special handling procedures for exceptional situations, prioritizing production, and doing our utmost to meet the user’s requirements.
3. After-sales service
(1) The company implements a 24-hour after-sales service response system. That is, upon receiving a user’s notification requesting after-sales service, our company guarantees to respond within 4 hours. For cases requiring on-site assistance, the company will immediately dispatch personnel to the site for service.
(2) Any quality issues that arise or are discovered during the warranty period, once confirmed by both parties as being the responsibility of our company, shall be handled or replaced free of charge by us, or we shall accept returns. All reasonable costs incurred shall be borne by our company.
(3) For quality issues confirmed by both parties as being the user’s responsibility, our company will also assist in resolving them and make every effort to meet the user’s requirements.
(4) If the products ordered by the user exceed actual needs, or if the originally ordered products become unusable due to design changes, our company will cooperate with the user to handle the follow-up matters properly and alleviate the user’s burden.
(5) During the installation and use process, should users require technical guidance, our company will promptly dispatch qualified technical personnel to provide free services and meet their needs.
(6) The company establishes user profiles and conducts regular visits to users, maintaining written and telephone contact with them to solicit their opinions and suggestions. It systematically collects and analyzes the suggestions and quality issues raised by users, continuously improving its management practices, further enhancing product quality and marketing service quality, and striving for perfection to meet users’ needs.
